About Me

I’m Nadeesha, a CIMA-qualified Accountant and MBA holder with over 15 years of experience in finance leadership, systems implementation, and digital transformation across Sri Lanka and the UK.

Currently serving as the Financial Controller at Gedye & Sons, I lead high-impact projects including Access Legal implementation, payroll automation, legal cashiering integration, reporting modernisation, and supporting the firm’s transition to an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT).

My focus is helping traditional law firms and professional organisations leverage digital tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and client experience.
